The goal for speed, agility and quickness training is to improve a player’s biomechanical movements in order for them to mature, grow, and improve physically. In today’s sport world, it is not enough to just show up for games and practice. Most soccer players across the U.S. -- as well as the rest of the world -- are participating in some sort of conditioning training. Professional clubs will spend anything from 6 to 10 hours a week focusing on soccer based speed and agility conditioning.
The game of soccer is changing drastically in terms of speed of play and physicality.
At Murfreesboro Soccer Club, we want to be a part of this change by offering our players the opportunity to become faster, stronger, and more agile.
The speed and agility training is available for both recreational and select players, ages U9 through U19.
TYPES OF EXERCISES:
Sessions will be held on Mondays 5pm-6pm (U9-U12, birth years 2011-2008) and Fridays 6pm-7pm (U13-U19, birth years 2007-2001) 11/4/19 - 1/3/20.
